It’s 3 main types of returns from real estate, cash flow is the most known and talked about but principal pay down and appreciation are the others.

Do we accept foreign investments?

Yes, on a case by case basis as long as compliance with U.S Securities law is satisfied.

Can I invest through my entity?

Yes, you can invest through an entity such as an LLC or others as long as the members meet the SEC investor requirements.
